How to Delete Your Data
If you wish to delete your data, you can do so by following the steps below.
Warning: This action is permanent. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including baby profiles, logs, and settings. This information cannot be restored once deleted.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. This is the fastest and most secure way to handle your request.
- Step 1: Open the side menu and go to "Account".
- Step 2: Leave or delete any baby profiles you are part of.
- Step 3: Click "Delete account" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact us directly. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account.

- Step 1: Log in to the email account you used for WEEWEELU.
- Step 2: Create a new mail with recipient "weeweelu.app@gmail.com".
- Step 3: Set email title to "Data deletion request".
